Summer school features lessons on CVC word families and single digit addition and subtraction, as well as science, social studies and art lessons. 

Nonverbal Autism Summer School was developed specifically for nonspeaking and minimally speaking students. We presume your student's intellectual competence and teach real academics. Our students can't speak conversationally, write or sit for more than a minute or two. Our methods allow you to work around your student's limitations, finding other ways they can show academic mastery.

The course runs for 4 weeks, with classes three days a week. This structure gives your child plenty of time to learn new skills or retain existing ones, while also providing a slower pace for summer.

All course materials are available online for download and printing. You are also provided with several instructional videos that show you exactly how to use the materials with your student.

This course teaches you how to teach your student; the instructional videos are for you to watch, not your student. All you do is log on, watch the instructional videos, download the curriculum, print and teach.

This allows you to work with your child on your own schedule. There are no live meetings required for you or your student.

You do receive access to live Zoom group meetings for parents with Mr. Sims, our special education teacher. These meetings are held once a week and are optional. Ask Mr. Sims any teaching questions you have and receive a live answer! The meetings are recorded and a replay link is emailed the following day, for those unable to join live.

You'll retain access to the course materials and the weekly Zoom meetings for one calendar year after purchase.
